About Canidelo

Canidelo stretches along Gaia's Atlantic coast, anchored by the wide Praia de Canidelo, the São Paio dune ecological reserve and a seafront promenade ideal for cycling and running. The Douro estuary nature area borders it to the north near Afurada. Housing is largely modern, beachfront apartments, family villas and new condominiums, pricing above the Gaia average, with seafront positions at the top end. It is one of the municipality's most family-oriented coastal markets, with appreciation supported by limited beachfront supply.
