Barrio Martín is an established riverfront residential barrio of Rosario: home to the city's first luxury coastal towers along Avenida Libertad's 'balcón del río', it blends traditional houses with newer high-end buildings overlooking the Paraná, with the green Parque Urquiza and its planetarium on its doorstep. Quieter and more community-minded than Centro.
