About Krašići

Krašići is a traditional village on the Luštica peninsula with a small white-sand beach and a cluster of seafood konobas, Konoba Portun, Konoba Ribar, Konoba Panjega, plus the Luštica Bay-run Almara Beach Club. Across the water are sweeping Boka Bay views, and the Luštica Bay resort, marina and golf are a short drive along the peninsula. Once isolated, the peninsula now has modern roads and utilities, and Krašići has become a market for seafront and sea-view villas at roughly €5,000–€6,000/m², premium, but a step below neighbouring Luštica Bay. It suits buyers wanting a private, scenic villa with resort amenities nearby and Tivat Airport within ~20 minutes.
