About Greentown

Greentown is one of Ipoh's most established central neighbourhoods, known as the city's healthcare cluster and a steady office-and-retail district. Tree-lined avenues of shoplots, clinics and the major private hospitals give it consistent daytime footfall and reliable tenant demand from medical staff and professionals. For investors it offers Ipoh's most liquid mid-market: terraced houses and low-rise apartments at entry prices well below Kuala Lumpur, with rental demand underpinned by the hospitals and proximity to the city centre. Capital growth is gradual rather than rapid, Perak is a slower market than the Klang Valley, which is the main risk to factor in.
