Stari Grad is the elegant heart of Novi Sad. Its pedestrianised streets radiate from Liberty Square past the neo-Gothic city hall and cathedral, down the cafe-lined runs of Zmaj Jovina and Dunavska to Dunav Park and the Danube quay. Famous across Serbia for its cafe culture, it is the city's stage for daily life, dining and the summer crowds drawn by the EXIT festival. Its central, walkable charm makes it the city's prime address.
